Terms of Service

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Account owners may invite team members and stakeholders at no extra cost; all invited users share the same account view and the owner remains responsible for their use of the service.

Corpora Connect is offered on Solo, Duo, and Trio plans, each available on a monthly or quarterly billing interval. Fees are billed in advance and recur automatically until cancelled. There are no contracts — you may cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the current billing period.

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan from the dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for downgrades or mid-period cancellations except where required by law.

We deliver creative work based on the briefs and materials you submit. Once delivered and paid for, you retain full ownership of the final deliverables. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any assets you provide to us.

You agree not to misuse the service, upload unlawful or infringing content, attempt to disrupt the platform, or use it to violate the rights of others. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

We work to keep Corpora Connect available and reliable, but the service is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the dashboard or by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
