The fastest way to get help with active work is the in-dashboard chat on any project — your Corpora team sees it right away. For onboarding or general questions, reach out to your Creative Project Manager directly.

For anything else, email us at support@corporastudios.com. Please include your account email and, where relevant, the project name so we can help you faster.

You can view your plan, update your payment method, and access your billing history from the Subscription area of your dashboard. For billing questions that aren’t resolved there, contact billing@corporastudios.com.

Trouble signing in? Use the password reset flow from the sign-in page. Account owners can invite or remove team members at any time from the Team area of the dashboard.

We aim to respond to all support requests within one business day. Project-specific questions raised in chat are typically answered sooner during your team’s working hours.
